The Singapore-China Foundation (SCF) was established in 2004 with the support of then Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
The Foundation aims to foster close people-to-people ties and contribute to the warm bilateral relations between Singapore and China. The current patron of the SCF is Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
