Scholarships

The Singapore-China Foundation (SCF) is pleased to invite applications for the 2008/2009 Singapore-China Premier Scholarships (SCPS) and the 2008 Singapore-China Foundation Executive Programme Scholarships (SCF-EP). These scholarship programmes allow officers from both countries to benefit from the exposure to the socio-political and economic developments of their country of study, and obtain deeper insights into the current and future challenges of each other's country. It also provides a chance for Singaporean and Chinese officers to establish strong networks that contribute to the continuing warm bilateral relations between Singapore and China.
