The Alumni Network is an informal platform initiated by a number of ex-SCF scholars to enable past and present recipients of the SCF scholarships to continue their networking, and build on the ties that have been developed during the course of their studies.

Besides regular get-togethers, additional programmes such as seminars and other social activities could be organised by its members as the Alumni Network gains sufficient member base over the years. This would facilitate a greater understanding and appreciation of the concerns, issues and perspectives of each country.
